FAQPage and HowTo schema checker

We look for a node of type FAQPage or HowTo in the JSON-LD of your homepage.

Why it matters

An agent asked a direct question looks for a matching question and answer. FAQPage hands it the exact pair, so it does not have to pick a sentence from surrounding copy. HowTo does the same for step lists. Markup that does not match the visible text on the page can mislead the agent, so keep them identical.

How to fix it

1. Add a FAQPage object with a mainEntity array of Question items.
2. Give each question an acceptedAnswer of type Answer with a text field.
3. Use the same wording as the visible FAQ on the page.
4. For procedures, use HowTo with ordered step items instead.

How to verify

Run curl -s https://example.com/ | grep -c FAQPage and expect 1 or more.
